Bokun Guesthouse offers five double rooms and three twin rooms with air conditioning, satellite TVs, and wooden parquet floors. Rooms measure 17-21 m², some with views of Gruž port or the garden. Three apartments accommodate 2+1 persons with full kitchen facilities, a double bed plus sofa bed, and mosaic-tile showers.
Dining and Garden
Breakfast is available for 60kn per person, served on the terrace. Toni prepares traditional peka dinners with meat and vegetables slow-cooked in embers. Guests receive organic fruit from the garden-cherries in spring, plums in summer, pomegranates and kiwis in autumn. The property includes a BBQ area.
Pool and Grounds
The property features a swimming pool with a stone terrace and wooden sunbeds, with towels provided. The 400-year-old stone farmhouse is surrounded by a walled garden with orange trees, climbing roses, and exotic shrubs. A covered terrace is hidden in the garden's greenery.
Location and Transport
Located in Gruž, 2 km from Dubrovnik's Old Town. Regular buses stop nearby for 5-minute rides to Old Town attractions. The intercity bus terminal and ferry port are 5-10 minutes away. Dubrovnik Airport is 15 miles distant, with bus service to the main bus station.
Services and Activities
Toni arranges private boat trips around the Elaphiti islands and excursions to Cavtat and Montenegro. Free Wi-Fi, airport pickup service for 200kn, and laundry for 70kn are available. Public refrigerator and hair-dryers provided. Parking available along the road.

The guesthouse offers a bright room with a very comfy bed, but it could have been a bit bigger. The service is very friendly and helpful, making the stay enjoyable. The location is perfect for exploring Dubrovnik with easy access to the harbor and bus stops. Breakfast was sufficient but not particularly exciting. A cozy spot opposite the town end of the harbor.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spotless and had everything we needed for a self-catering holiday. The service was exceptional with the staff being very welcoming and helpful. The location was perfect, close to the ferry port and main bus stations. The dining experience was lovely, especially enjoying breakfast under the trellis of kiwi and vines. I highly recommend this hotel.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms, although small, were very nice and spotlessly clean. The check-in was a bit delayed past the stated time, but overall, the room had everything we needed and was immaculate.
